At PawPlay, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order isn't quite right, here's how to make it right.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, along with your order number.

How to Request a Return
Contact us at bellemaresimonolivier@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll get back to you with next steps as soon as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
